Silver Conductor Paste For Aluminum Substrate(DT30032)

 DT3003X is a mesotherrnal sintered conductor paste, designed for aluminum substrate based thick film circuit and microcrystalline glass substrate based thick film electrical heating element. non-toxic element conform to European RoHS environmental regulation (2002/95/EC). It has features of strong adhesive force, good weldability, excellent ageing resistance, and good conductivity.



Recommended Technical Information & Notice:
Printing:
It is recommended the lustration grade of appliance and circumstance to be more than ten thousand degree, it should be guarantee that the room temperature and appliance temperaute remains 25±2°C during printing. Keep stir it slowly and fully before using. If take out from icebox or icehouse, please place it in the printing house until it return to room temperature , if add the thinner, the paste should be fully stired before use.

Drying:
It can be dried both in infrared stove and rotary dry furnace, the peak temperature of drying is 120~150 degree centigrade, the drying time: 8~10 minutes.

Firing:
Firing is one of most imporant data affecting the performance. firing temperature: 550~650°C, peak temperature time: 10-12 minutes.
Firing process includes:
A,200°C-300°C: volatilizing and sintering temperature for organic solvent and resin
B,300°C-500°C: Fully sintering the under-sintered resins.
C,500°C-550°C: Binding phase softening, Silver layer sintering and densifying



Thinning:
JZ3003X composition is optimized for screen printing and thinning is not normally required.Use the LEED recommended thinner for laigh adjustments to viscosity of to replace evaporation losses. The use of too much thinner or the use of a non recommended thinner may affect the rheological behavior of the material and its printing chracteristics, and stir fully after thinning.

Compatibility: JZ3003X has good compatibilityes with dielectric pastes.

Transportation and Storage:
during transportation and storage should protect against the tide and contamination. Containers may be stored in a clean, dry and stable environment at room temperature (between 5°C~20°C),with their lids tightly sealed. The shelf time is commonly 6 months.
